So, Sarawak's intention to have English as main medium of instruction is said to be unconstitutional, when as far as I recalled, the National Language Act has not been ratified by State Assembly (MA63 and Section 1(2) National Language Act). So is it really unconstitutional or attempts to impose an unratified National Language Act is unconstitutional?
One wonders...
